Replacement cleats for Shimano SPD MTB pedals (A520, A530, M324, M424, M520, M540, M770 and M970). They are also the cleats that are used on virtually all spinning bikes! Although these cleats are steel they take a pounding offroad, grinding mud between them and the pedals and crunching rock when porting your bike. This can cause the cleats to come out unintentionally and even get stuck, not wanting to come out at all. At the 1st sign of trouble always replace your cleats.
