Serial No 9191ES with “PATT.0195A and A/R 56 inscribed on the brass edging.
The compass is in a fitted wooden case. The front of the case is painted “PATT.0195A.”
The compass is attached to a gimballed bracket mount, which allows for easy adjustment to the compass for maximum reading abilities & the advantage of isolating the compass from the dashboard (preventing potential influence created by other instruments & metallic objects).

The glass has no scratches, This compass is in good condition. The wood has the typical amount of storage, usage and age wearing including a few scratches but is in an overall good condition.
