This is one really great item. Solid and Blerry heavy.Center is machined brass.with a bearing. There is a separate solid metal part that is attached to the wall. When the wheel slides on, it can spin with ease. Note this has 8 handle parts.. It also has 4 optic / bottle units. The optics are missing on 3.Size in diameter about 650 . 700 mm.
