Directions

• If the original insole is not glued to the shoe bottom, place btall under the original insole.
• Start with 1 layer for 1 week.
• The first layer is the 1 with the foot print shape.
• Add another layer every week till you reached your desired height.
• The last layer is the smallest.
• To prevent slip, make sure the layeras are snapped on properly.
• To detach layers: place in warm water for 10 minutes, then detach them slowly and carefully.

Returns / refunds

• Item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of receipt
• Buyer must advise of intention to return the item before shipping, with proof of payment
• Item must be returned unused, in original condition (no tears / breakage / scratches / marks / stains)
• Item must be returned with its original packaging
• Buyer pays the shipping costs to return the product to the seller.
• If the fault is on the sellers side, then the seller pays the shipping costs to resend a new product to the buyer.
• Refund / replacement will be processed within 7 business days after the item has been received by the seller.
