A few drinks, a carefully played hand of cards and one loose tongue in a tavern are all it takes to uncover a tempting secret: the Inquisition is heading towards Nüllrode, searching for something made from valuable dragonsteel.
They may have horses and provisions, but you have something better, a shortcut.
After an eventful journey, you reach the village ahead of them and discover an old pagan chapel sealed tightly against unwanted visitors. Somewhere inside lies the treasure you're looking for, but getting through those doors is only the beginning.
Side Quest: 7th Sea is a cooperative, escape-room-style puzzle adventure from the creators of the Escape Tales series. Set in the world of the 7th Sea tabletop role-playing game, it challenges you to examine clues, connect ideas and work your way through a series of creative puzzles presented through cards, physical components and a three-dimensional environment. Board&Dice classifies the game as a Deduction Puzzle using Cooperative Storytelling.
Observation and logic will help, but some problems demand a little more imagination. Work alone or bring a group of fellow adventurers, follow the clues and see whether you can reach the chapel's secrets before the Inquisition catches up.
