In the event that we do agree to the exchange or refund of an item (Completely at our own discretion only) , we will not refund any packaging and postage.
2) Payments must be made within 24 hours after the auction closes , unless stated otherwise in the description of the item.
3) If no payment is received after 3 days , a SNC (Sale Not Completed) will be filed and a NEGATIVE rating will be given. In cases where the selling price was more than R1000-00 , we may also consider reporting non-payers to the Credit Bureau , as you did in fact enter into a legal contract.

4) Payments are only considered to be “received” when it reflects on our bank statement , and only then will parcels be posted or released.

It will also be your responsibility to track or trace your parcel , as the ownership and risk will pass over to the buyer at the moment of dispatch of the parcel. If you wish to use means of delivery other than what is in the item description it will be for your account and it is your responsibility to request such means of delivery.
