We are a registered business (2007/252706/23) trading from our own premises in Naboomspruit, as well as through an office in Jackson, Tennessee in the USA.
Our mission
Although we are also photography fanatics, we do not sell photographic equipment as a hobby, or to make a bit of pocket money. In spite of the fact that we trade with the purpose of being a profitable business, our number one priority will always be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Warranty issues
Most of the equipment we sell is imported from the USA, and as such, sold with a USA manufacturers' warranty. For an individual this would pose a problem, as sorting out a warranty claim could be a daunting task. Our customers do not have to fear this, as all warranty issues are handled by our South African office on your behalf, via our USA office.

Mack Camera & Video Service was established in 1938, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be protected if it needs service. Our Extended Warranty is designed to give the best total protection for equipment for the life of the warranty.
Mack Camera affords an international customer the ability to utilize any manufacturer authorized service center to repair their unit. Just contact our International Service department for instructions.

This ultra-telephoto zoom lens covers a telephoto range up to 500mm and allows photographers to bring the subject close and short perspective. Sigma’s original OS (Optical Stabilizer) function offers the use of shutter speeds approximately 4 stops slower. It is ideal for sports, wildlife and landscape photography with handheld shooting. Three SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements provide excellent correction for chromatic aberration. This lens is equipped with a rear focus system that minimizes fluctuation of aberration caused by focusing. The super multi-layer lens coating reduces flare and ghosting. High image quality is assured throughout the entire zoom range. This lens incorporates HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor), which ensures a quiet and high-speed AF as well as full-time manual focusing capability. The addition of the (optional) 1.4x EX DG APO or 2x EX DG APO Tele Converters produce a 210-700mm F7-9 MF ultra-telephoto zoom lens or a 300-1000mm F10-13 MF ultra-telephoto zoom lens respectively. A removable tripod socket (TS-31) is included as a standard component.

Warranty
This lens is covered by a Sigma factory warranty. Transfer of risk
Coza1Digital remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify Coza1Digital. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of your order. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer or cheque deposit. Please use the Bidorbuy order number as reference, and email proof of payment to speed up delivery. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged on all sales not concluded by the buyer, or cancelled by the buyer.
