Signed Copy - Cousins - A Memoir - By Athol Fugard

The first of a planned four-part memoir, this book reveals the author's relationship with two cousins, Johnnie and Garth.Hardcover first published 1994 by Witwatersrand University Press, in a whole but lightly worn jacket, that has creases and short tears along the edges. Original dark green cloth with white spine titling, and 106 pages illustrated with several black and white photographs. This copy has a signed dedication by the author on the title page, as well as signed dedications from his cousin Johnnie Bessinger, and by actress and director Lesley Nott. Inserted loosely in the book is a notice on stationary of Chapters Restaurant in the Sandton Sun Hotel, advising that Athol Fugard will be talking there about his new book Cousins, accompanied by Johnnie Bessinger, and he will be introduced  Lesley Nott, on 22nd November 1994. A separate printed menu for the event is included.
