First edition published 1983 by Vantage Press, Inc., in a whole but marked and worn jacket, with two small likely cigarette burns to the top edge. Original black cloth with silver spine titling. Minor marks and shelf soil along the top page edges, internally very clean. Signed author inscription in blue pen on the first endpaper.
