315mm x 270mm bound in original white vellum, now discoloured, with minor marks in places, published by Hodder and Stoughton, undated but 1912. The original binding ribbon that was mounted on the front and rear cover edges is missing. 28 tipped-in plates by Edmund Dulac, with captioned tissue-guards, all intact, apart from the first one that has a short tear at the top corner at the binding. A further 11 small vignettes throughout additionally illustrate the book. Short contemporary gift inscription on the first endpaper. Foxing of the initial and last endpapers, rough-cut pages. This is copy number 117 of 750 copies, hand-numbered and signed by the artist.
