Vintage Swedish ‘Falcon’ Paperweight

Description:

This limited edition Swedish crystal ‘peregrine falcon’ paperweight was designed by Paul Hoff and created by Kosta Glassworks for Svenskt Glass, in 1975, to raise funds for the World Wildlife Fund. It is a blue grey sea green colour in the light but can look smokey blackish/dark grey in less lighting. It is marked on the bottom “Svenskt Glas World Wildlife Fund 1975 Limited to an Edition of Eight Thousand Kosta Sweden” and signed by Paul Hoff.
