Original pale grey cloth with flash on the front, and black printed spine titling. 146 pages including index, one folding map and three removable maps in a restraining band at the end of the book. This copy was presented to Major-General H.S. Wakefield, C.B., O.B.E., who wrote the foreword, and has been signed on the first endpaper by all three authors.
