Silhouette Art - Women Fetching Water and Wood - 47 x 22cm

The silhouette art by Lettice E Thwaits has become very popular and is normally snatched up quickly when it becomes available. I bought a few of these silhouette art recently and one of the works were signed by Lettice E Thwaits, this one does not have the signature (it could be behind the mounting) but I am quite sure it is by the same artist. The black is solid, not grainy as one can expect from a print so I suspect it is an original etching. It is framed behind glass. Note the age related marks mostly on the mounting surrounding the picture, as one can expect from vintage art.
