A circulated silver 500/1000 five shilling (5/- crown) coin, commemorating 300th anniversary
of Cape Town. Obverse: Left facing profile of George VI and legend Georgivs Sextvs Rex.
Reverse: Drommedaris and legend Suid-Afrika 1652-1952 South Africa 5 S.
George VI/Design: Obverse by Henry Paget, Reverse by Marion Walgate.
