Silver Clip on Earrings by Ulla Hornfeldt

The vintage sterling silver clip on earrings are dished and circular. The earrings are set with a synthetic pearl (circa 6.5mm round) and have applied, pierced and engraved decoration. The earrings have London silver marks and the makers mark UH for Ulla Hornfeldt and the date letter for 1990. The earrings are also marked STERLING on the clip.

Ulla was brought up in Stockholm and after many years in scientific research took up her early interest in silversmithing and jewellery making by attending Sir John Cass School of Art. Subsequently she has maintained workshops in London, in New York and most recently in Sweden.
