The product has good printing adaptability, stable electrical conductivity, single-component, low temperature rapid curing, good adhesion, anti-oxidation, and extremely low square resistance value. Excellent in low temperature drying, adhesion, electrical conductivity, etc.
Scope of application:
Mainly used for plasma TV EMI filter glass plate, EMI film, ITO film, LED, RFID antenna, general membrane switch, flexible circuit, mobile phone keyboard, computer keyboard circuit, shielding circuit, heating circuit, circuit repair and need low temperature curing on the electronic circuit.

Steps for usage:
1. Clean the repaired part 2. Scrape out new lines on both ends of the copper foil line 3. Apply conductive paste 4. Heat and cure
Precautions:
1. The silver in the product will settle after a period of time, please stir it evenly before each use, and the stencil should be clean and dry;
2. It is recommended that the ambient temperature be controlled at 10 ~ 22°C, and the humidity should be 60%
3. The silver paste should be used within 24 hours after opening, and the unused silver paste must not be placed openly.
4. The recycled silver paste must be stored and used separately from the normal silver paste, and cannot be mixed. To adjust the viscosity of the recovered silver paste, it is necessary to use (diluent-102), and the addition amount should not exceed 1.5% of the total mass of the silver paste. In the long-term printing process of the silver paste, if the viscosity of the paste increases, it can be appropriately added (thinner-102), and the addition amount does not exceed 15% of the total mass of the silver paste;
5. When the silver paste is taken out from the refrigerated state, please place the silver paste stored in the refrigerator at the operating temperature (generally 20°C~25°C), and let it balance the temperature. The equilibrium time is 12h. Special attention: Do not open the lid of the silver paste package during the equilibration process, and keep the silver paste package in a sealed state. After the temperature is well balanced, please open the lid and stir evenly, it is recommended to use a stirrer to stir for 2 hours before use;
6. Do not touch the PER film and silver wires with bare hands during operation; the operating environment should not contain corrosive gases such as sulfides and oxides;
7. Operators must wear normal labor protection supplies such as masks, hats, gloves, etc., and do not use labor protection supplies containing sulfide; if they come into contact with the skin, they should wash with water and soap in time
