A silver hip flash by James Dixon and Sons assayed in Sheffield in 1919. The flask measures 14cm high and 9cm wide and has a hinged lid. The glass and the cup are in very good condition, there are a couple of minor dents to the hinged lid, and some wear to the leather cover, with a small crack at the back, but a good solid well used example. The cup weighs 75 grams.
