iPod NOT in "good condition" at all! Battery is totally defective and was sold to me with the seller knowing about it! Also iPod cannot be used as a external storage device because something is defective with the iPod's software. Seller expects me to look at Apple help files when I know exactly what is wrong. Seller will not give a refund either.
