An interesting item. 10.7 gms On one side Florida (koos de la Rey) 21 Junie 1943 - 21 Junie 1964 WEES STERK in the centre. On the other side. "Heer, as dit U behaag neem my as offer vir land en volk" - Genl De La Rey. The medallion appears to test as silver. I have researched this item and not found a reference to the dates on the medal. Below may be helpful - from Google.
