An interesting table item - Crumb catcher, silent butler or crumb tray. Silver plated with a wooden handle. Its important to note that this item has been damaged. Please look at the pictures and you will note that some repairs have been effected to the base of the handle (scalded by the repair) and the lid as well where I believe it should be hinged to the edge. It is still a worthy addition to a collection of vintage table or sideboard items.
