Silver-plated food warming dish with lid and three partition insert.

A true Silverware collecters piece !  As can be seen, this very old Silver-plated food warming dish has a lid with an attractive double-rope-ring handle, it also has a silver-plated three division partition inside which can be removed for convenience.  This lovely piece is in excellent condition.  The only piece missing is the warm water spout's stopper, but this can easily be replaced by a cork stopper or something similar.  Hot water is poured into the spout thereby keeping the contents warm for a length of time.  The dish stands about 17cm's high (to the top of the handle) and is 25.5cm's across.   This is a rare find !
