VERY SCARCE WHITE VIP SILVER R1 COIN:
Handed out at the Inauguration Ceremony of Nelson Mandela as President in 1994. These silver coins were given as gifts to the dignatories who attended the function.
Mintage unknown.
Kindly note the condition of the white leather box. There is some discolouration and damage to the leather - this can be seen in the picture. The mechanism in the lid has been damaged, so lid doesn't stay open on its own.
No extra outer box available....
The silver coin is in a good condition....sealed in capsule.
