Silver Vase with Hallmarks dating 1915 by Deakin & Francis of Birmingham.

Condition:
Unfortunatley the previous owner (not me) didn't have too much respect for
this item. The internal loaded base filling is loose. The "neck" near the base
has been twisted (as per image) as if somebody thought it should be unscrewed.
There is no glass insert that I think it was supposed to have.
