It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.

FINE PRINT: a refundable R500 breakage deposit is payable.
This is NOT a seafacing unit, although you can see the ocean.

These units are on floors 1, 10 and 11. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction else a unit will be allocated by me as I need to relist.
