It's a fully self-catered STUDIO apartment with a double bed in the unit AND 1 sleeper couch in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.

FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
THIS IS A SEAFACING UNIT.

I have three (3) of these units available. They are on floors 1, 2 and 3. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist.
