It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with a double bed in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.

FINE PRINT: a refundable R500 breakage deposit is payable.
This is a seafacing unit.

I have two (2) of these units available. They are on floors  2 and 9. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of buying, else a unit will be allocated by me.
