Should the ratings profile of a bidder display a history of not paying for items won all bids placed by such buyer will be deleted. No correspondence will be entered into regarding such deletions. Bids from new users will be accepted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to close any auction early if deemed necessary by us.
FOREIGN BIDDERS:
Bids from South African expatriates are welcome providing that payment can be made from a South African bank account. We do not accept PayPal. Foreign nationals are required to make payment via normal banking channels. An additional R100.00 should be added to foreign payments in order to cover local bank charges.
PAYMENT:
Payment is required within 48 hours from date of sale. In the event of non payment an SNC will be filed. An additional R16.50 is required in respect of cash deposits in order to cover bank charges. We prefer payment by bobPay EFT.
SHIPMENT:
Local shipment fees are included with the item description. Fees include postage and packaging. No order will be shipped unless paid for in full. Kindly allow a reasonable time after payment clearance for packaging and shipment. We ship at regular intervals. No shipment during weekends (Friday afternoons to Sundays).
MULTIPLE PURCHASES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY COMBINED FOR SHIPMENT. Should combining result in the shipment falling into a higher weight category the shipment fee will be adjusted accordingly. No shipment will be undertaken by "normal mail" in view of losses incurred. Please do not request shipment by "normal mail". PLEASE NOTE THAT LATE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN LATE SHIPMENT
Shipment is undertaken at the risk of the buyer and we accept no responsibility for the actions of the South African Post Office. Once an order is shipped a SAPO Track and Trace number will be forwarded to the buyer. Should a shipment remain uncollected and is returned to us by SAPO such shipment will be kept in storage for seven days after which items will be returned to stock. No refunds will be considered. The buyer is responsible for the payment of all costs in respect of re-shipment.
Shipment by POSTNET TO POSTNET can be arranged for suitable items. Such shipments are charged for at cost plus a service charge of R15.00
As a security precaution the personal collection of orders will not be considered.
