ELEGANT CONTEMPORARY 'TWIST' DESIGN DIAMOND AND 9CT WHITE GOLD RING. 375. WELL HALLMARKED

This elegant piece is beautifully crafted in 9ct white gold. The slender polished shank has a twisted feature on the ring head, with the bottom part of the one side of the twist bearing a row of 10 x small, round faceted diamonds claws set in an indented channel that starts on the shoulder of the piece. The mirror image occurs on the other side of the twist. The centre of the twist is narrow and delicate. The pedigree of the 2,5 gram piece is evident in the many hallmarks - the 375 hallmark indicating 9ct gold, the jeweller's signature, the date hallmark for 2016, and the Sheffield Assay mark. The piece also bears the 'DIA' hallmark indicating authenticated diamonds. The piece would make a beautiful wedding band; it is in excellent vintage condition with not even buff marks to speak of its age.
