Delivery: SAPO normally takes 7-9 working days. 

We will email you your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel, sometimes SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your parcel in 8-10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire.

Lastly, when parcel received kindly leave feedback by rating our service on the Bob system, this lets us know that you received your parcel and that the transaction is concluded.
