This a great game for anyone who enjoys Sims strategy games.

You have to build and manage a towering skyscraper and keep its occupants happy. Offices, hotels, and apartments give tenants places to work and live. Shops and restaurants provide commercial balance. Utilities like hospitals and recycling centers are necessary as the tower grows in size.

Your progress is based on stars awarded for achieving population milestones and other conditions. As the tower's rating improves, more facilities, like cinemas, can be built.

The game has 5 levels. New levels unlock new options, but also unlock more hazards. How you handle it changes the tower drastically. For example, a fire can be dealt with using security, which is free, but does not always work. Or you can call the fire department and have them deal with it for a hefty sum.

Fires, bomb threats, bombings, insects and unclean hotel rooms offer other challenges. When a bomb threat occurs, you can choose to pay a hefty ransom or gamble that security can find the bomb before it goes off.

A key issue is installing elevators in such a way that people can move efficiently between floors. Elevators have different modes and stop on different levels to handle the flow of traffic. Waiting too long for elevators cause stress and too much stress will make people permanently leave the tower.

You can watch your Sims enter or leave your tower, get impatient at elevators, have a hectic day at the office, peek into the average day of the little people living in your building or keep an eye on security and rescue crews as distasters rampage through your skyscraper.
