This is a lovely set by B & J Sippel Ltd. Sheffield England, under the name of "Sipelia" (See table setting picture below)

The set , in the "Sipelia" box, consists of:-

6 Large Knives - 6 Large Forks - 6 Smaller Knives - 6 Smaller Forks - 6 Dessert Spoons - 6 Soup Spoons - 6 Teaspoons

All the knives are stamped "B & J Sippel Ltd. Sheffield England Stainless Steel".

All the other cutlery is stamped "Sipelia Rustless Nickel Silver Sheffield England".

There is space in the box to add 6 fish knives.
