Hardcover published by Oxford, 1955, fifth reprint with corrections. The card jacket is worn and marked, and has a few small holes on the spine, that is sunned, as are the folds. It is covered in a cellophane wrapper. The boards are square and solid, but have been attacked on the surface by insects, and a small remnant of a label is stuck to the upper right corner. The name of a previous owner is written on the first end-paper in pen. Though generally aged, the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
