Condition: contents excellent, clean, with binding being tight. Page edges slightly stained, end-papers lightly spotted, boards mottled with spine being faded and half inch loss at the top.

This copy is quite unique in that it is signed with an inscription by John Flynt, Member of the U.S. Congress (In office
January 3, 1965  January 3, 1979). Flynt was the compiler of this volume.
