- We offer a 14-day warranty on all watches/jewellery/MAKEUP/perfumes/BOOTS/pumps

-IF SIZE IS WRONG WE WILL GLADLY SWAP PROVIDED THAT WE STILL HAVE STOCK OF THE SIZE YOU NEED - IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK OF THE REQUIRED SIZE, WE WILL REFUND YOU. THIS IS PROVIDED THAT THE SHOE HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED AND PROVIDED THAT IT IS WITHIN THE 14-DAY-WARRANTY PERIOD
