Hardcover published by Hodder & Stoughton, copyright date 1958. The jacket is un-clipped and whole, but with some wear and creasing to the edges, and is protected in a plastic sleeve taped to the boards at one end. The boards are square and solid, with minor bumps to the corners. The name of a previous owner is written in small letters on the extenal side page edges, and there are several other spots / stains to the top and side external edges. Internally, the pages themselves though generally aged, are otherwise clean and unmarked. Illustrated with several black and white photographs. The story of the survivors of the wreck of the Dunedin Star, on the coast of Namibia during World War Two.
