It consists of 1 Cobalamin/Vit B12 injection twice a week (can be replaced by a tablet to be taken daily) for energy and to prevent cravings, as well as 2 dietary supplement tablets a day (to replace vitamins, minerals and electrolytes lost when dieting), and an appetite suppressing, metabolism lifting, mood lifting, fat burning diet mixture. The injections in conjunction with the tablets and mixture ensure energy metabolism for the conversion of energy from protein, carbohydrates and fats while maintaining proper nutrition levels throughout your body, regulating insulin usage and suppressing your appetite. The diet is very flexible and will fit into any lifestyle, even if you love eating out. Lose as much as 9kg's in your first two weeks and as much as 17kg’s in your first month without feeling starved or hungry, and keep the weight off with just a few simple lifestyle changes!
