Boards are bumped and scuffed, with light fading to spine, paper is wearing through at corners. Ex-libris, thus end papers have residue where former library stickers were removed, end papers are lightly soiled, publishers page has ink stamped date "?8 Jul 1970" pages are browning, some corners have fold creases, Head of book block was probably once stained black, although this is now fading in blotches. Dust Jacket is intact, is Mylar wrapped, and all folding corners of dust jacket have been re-enforced with tape. Spine of Dust jacket has sticker with library reference number. Dust jacket is un-clipped, and has some minor wear. An extremely rare hard cover first edition, second impression.
