Condition:	Has wear and tear of a well used item. Looks like the black has faded somewhat. 100% working condition. Clean. All moving parts move.. This tripod extends unusually high and the head has a different platform as well as foot support to my other tripod on sale. Legs extend easily and head tilts easily. As I am not too familiar with tripods I do not know if any parts are missing. I trust you will pick this up from the photo's. See my other listings for Sony video cameras.
