Description:  Lutterworth Press, Lomdon.  1964, First.  Hard cover with dust jacket.  Conditon:  Dust jacket shows wear and chipping, especially to the edges at top and bottom of spine.  The boards are a little marked and fishmothed.  There is an inscription on the fep.  Page edges dusty.  Inside is clean, tight and bright.  Black and   white photos throughout.
