Small French Porcelain Heart Shaped Box 

This pretty, early, hand painted pink French porcelain, heart shaped, hinged trinket box with brass metal mounts and catch, was probably made around the mid 1900's. It has a colourful bunch of flowers against a white background with a gilt border on the lid and is stamped on the base with a blue 'Serves' looking backstamp, with an impressed number '40'. This attractive trinket box is in great condition and measures 5cm x 5,3cm with a height of 2,5cm.
