A lovely small-sized Victorian era oil on board depicting a caped man holding a rooster.  The artwork is behind glass and in good condition.  The decorative frame shows some slight wear but, overall in good condition considering it's age and ready to hang.  The artwork is unsigned.  A fine, decorative piece.
