This item is Windows 7 compatible and Windows 7 drivers are included on CD. A little known fact about 802.11n networking is that all devices connected to your 802.11n router must be connected with an 802.11n WiFi adapter to ensure the maximum performance. If any devices are connecting with an 802.11g adapter, this will bring down the performance of your whole network. Additionally the router should be set to N-only mode.
