Q: Are these DVDs original and where do they come from?
A: Yes! They are original. They are imported form the east, so some box sets may contain some Asian text on the box for local interests, but the video production is hi-end DVD quality with all the original English audio and features.
Q: What Region and TV format are they?
A: All DVDs (unless otherwise stated) are Region 0. Region 0 is all zones from 1 ¿ 9 encoded to perform as multi-zone, so any DVD player with a play button can use this format.
All DVDs are PAL and NTSC format compatible, so no matter where in the world you bought you TV from, you¿ll be able to view the picture. Capiche!
Q: Do you have these DVDs in stock?
A: No! Everything is ordered once your transaction goes through. If we had everything in stock, we would have a pretty little shop in Sandton with shop fitting expenses and staff expenses and shop rental costs etc. etc. and then we wouldn¿t be able to offer the amazingly cheap prices that we do. So there generally is a short waiting period, but at the end of the day¿ it¿s worth it!

A: No! The price that you see is the price that you pay. We do not get our suppliers to ship directly to you. We collect the product once it has arrived in South Africa to confirm the shipment is in good order then post it to you locally overnight.
