WIFI wall switch - Requires a neutral wire
Most homes will have wiring through its lights that has a neutral wire (black wire, not to be confused with the bare earth wire) within the space where the switch is installed. Switches are designed to either require this wire or not require this wire. Please check that you have a black wire running through your switch's space before purchasing this option as it requires a neutral wire in order to function. We do have Non neutral options available on Bid or Buy under the The Technology Store's page. Feel free to contact us if you are not sure, and send a photo of your current switches space (hole in the wall) so we can assist you with making the correct choice and avoiding unnecessary transportation costs.

Easily set schedules for your lights with this wall switch. Examples:
- All outside lights must come on 10 minutes after sunset or when the weather changes or at specific times
- All outdoor lighting must turn off accordingly so as not to waste energy
- Key indoor lights must come on at night to simulate someone being home or simply for quality-of-life purposes.
Set routines/ Examples:
- Lights must come on when getting out of bed, and stay on for 15 minutes while you let in sunlight and automatically turn off.
- When watching tv at night, all indoor lights should turn off and only key lights should be on.
- When getting ready for bed at night, all lights should start a timer of 5 minutes before turning off, so you have time to check all the doors and windows and get settled in. Then turn off automatically.
- Routines to repeat themselves daily while on holiday.
