Smith's Sectric Westminster Chime Mantel Clock

Smith's Sectric, Westminster Chime, Mantel Clock.  In a good condition - cosmetically.  However, the movement, which is electric, doesn't always start and will most likely need a service.  The chime may be switched off at the front of the clock. Dimensions = 30 x 24 x 11cm.   Postage, due to size will be R60.

I nromally start the clock by inserting my fingers where the red dot is and turning the cog clockwise.
