SNP Milk Thistle is a herbal extract that is traditionally used as a liver protectant and to support vital liver function. Milk thistle is also used to relieve digestive disturbances and heartburn.

Milk thistle seeds contain a bioflavonoid complex known as silymarin. Silymarin, which is the active ingredient in milk thistle seed extract, is simply the purified extract of the fruits (seeds) of the milk thistle plant. It is responsible for the main medicinal benefits of the milk thistle plant, and it is made up of three main flavonoids; Silybin, Silydianin and Silychristin.

Silybin makes up 50% - 70% of silymarin and has been shown in clinical studies to be the most biologically active and beneficial constituent of the milk thistle extract, silymarin.

Recommended Usage

Take 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Always consume at least 1 glass of water with each serving.
