So! You want to learn the language! An Amusing and Instructive Kitchen Kafir Dictionary is a 48-page publication by S.E. Aitken-Cade, published in Salisbury (now Harare, Zimbabwe) by Centafrican Press in 1951. 
This booklet serves as a guide to "Kitchen Kafir" (now commonly known as Fanakalo or Fanagalo), a pidgin language that was used in colonial Southern Africa specifically in South Africa, Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia), and Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe)as a lingua franca between white employers and African labourers. 
Note: The terminology used in the book title is of historical interest, reflecting the colonial language of the time.
