HOW TO USE
Powder - 1 tsp (4g) / day
1 tube = 30 servings, 1 month supply
Use daily for 8 weeks then cycle on & off for a month for best results.
Master Adaptogens has a malty flavour, some find it slightly bitter, which can be used as a functional nutritional booster in coffees, protein shakes, smoothies, oats, and sweet treats and pairs well with lion's mane and nut butter.
