  Core i5 650 CPU (1st Gen) 3.2GHZ

CPU FAN,RAM AND PSU IS NOT INCLUDED 

PC stopped working then techie at computer shop said MOBO blew( do not if this is true or not).

CPU should be fine according to him but not sure. PC goes on and off the whole time not sure if off something is wrong or something simple to get it working, might be useful for spares or someone who has had similar problem.
