MSI Mobo socket 1156

Core i5 650 CPU (1st Gen) 3.2GHZ

RAM AND PSU IS NOT INCLUDED 

CPU and mobo  was bought but when it got installed it just goes on and off the whole time not sure if something is wrong or something simple to get it working, might be useful for spares or someone who has had similar problem.
